Rev Huw Sperring Welcome Service - South Shields

- Final arrangements - The coach will leave Beevers at 4.20 on Saturday 2nd September, after picking up at Eston Grange first and then onwards to Ormesby.  Hoping to arrive at South Shields by 5.30pm, drop off point should be right outside the church, for a 6pm service. There will be refreshments afterwards and the coach will leave between 7.45 and 8pm, arriving home by 9pm.  The cost, including a tip for the driver, is £6.50 per person.  There are still 3 spare seats, please contact me if interested. I will be about on the 20th August to take any money or after that pay on the day. Any queries please contact me. Keith

Keith’s running challenge

 – I have been asked a few times recently if I am doing another challenge and answer is 'Yes,'  it involves the following:  the same as last year, Middlesbrough 10K on 3rd  September,;Great North Run ; 10th September, Loch Ness Marathon 24th September and finally the Amsterdam Marathon on 15th October  The challenge is to do the Amsterdam Run in sub 4 hours, knocking off 4 minutes from last year.  If anybody is interested I will be running in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).


New Minister Rev Christopher Wood-Archer

3rd  September Sunday morning service taken by our new Minister Rev Christopher Wood-Archer at 9.30am. His Welcome Service will be at Eston Grange that same day at 2.30pm  and his  section welcome party will be here on 8th September at 6.00pm and will take the form of a Faith Tea/Supper. Please come and meet and support him at these events.
